Festival Worship on October 10 at 9:30am

Rejoice with your fellow Pilgrims on October 10 at 9:30 am as Pastor Bonnie Nash preaches. Led by the Chancel Choir, we will lift our voices to sing our anniversary hymn (O Pilgrims, Come) in its entirety: all verses with full harmony. The Chancel Choir will also sing two anthems by Twin Cities composer Stephen Paulus: Pilgrim's Hymn and The Road Home.

  • Twentieth Sunday after Pentecost

  • Pastor Bonnie Nash preaching — "Pilgrimage – Our Awakening to Divinity"

  • Texts: Jeremiah 6:16; 29:11-13; Psalm 139:7-10; Luke 2:41-52

  • Available on Facebook Live (Find worship aid here.)

Following the Anniversary Service, Pilgrim's Congregational Life and Care Team will be hosting an outdoor Coffee Hour on the West Lawn of Pilgrim. We are hoping for sunny or partly cloudy skies, at least, for this Coffee Hour. Coffee and cake will be served. Cake will be individually plated. We will be following Pilgrim's SMART Team's Covid Safety Protocols: The Pilgrim community expects:

  1. All those serving and participating in events at Pilgrim to be vaccinated, with exceptions for age or health reasons;

  2. All those serving and participating in events at Pilgrim to wear a mask, except when eating;

  3. All those serving and participating in events at Pilgrim to maintain appropriate social distancing;

  4. All those who may wish to participate in events at Pilgrim to not participate if they have any indication that they may have a COVID-19 infection.

With the extra burden that COVID has imposed on all of us, we are grateful for your understanding and adapting to having the reception outside.

In October, worship will take place in person in the sanctuary/simulcast on Facebook Live.

Watch Facebook Live video tutorial.

PLEASE NOTE: Photographs for Pilgrim's new web site will be taken at worship on October 10. If you wish to avoid being photographed, clearly-labeled seating will be available for you towards the back of the sanctuary.
