Becoming Antiracist

In the wake of the murder of George Floyd, the protests speaking out against police brutality, and local and global movements towards eliminating racism, many of us are becoming more aware of our own internalized racism, as well as our lack of awareness of the countless ways in which systemic racism permeates our society and widens inequalities between white folks and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) folks. And, as people of faith, we are called to do justice. But where do we start?

Collectively, the Pilgrim community is compiling a collection of resources for initiating our justice work. You are invited to submit a the form at the bottom of the page to suggest an item that you believe should be added. It is nowhere near exhaustive, but for those who need a place to start, or continue, their process of becoming antiracist, we hope these resources will help support your journey.
